1. Advantage:

 

Our ozone generator is in the form of horizontal installation, all the materials are the stainless steel structure, the insulation parts is Teflon. It can be placed directly on the ground or installed in the base, or fixed to the shelf. Both ends of the chassis are installed mirrors to facilitate the observation of the discharge body working condition and to facilitate equipment maintenance.

3).  The anode by oil cold and cathode by water-cooled which avoid generation of electronic ash and thermal breakdown, it can make full use of the function of high-frequency power supply system and cooling system. it is the key to largely yield high concentration of ozone generator.

4. The installation of the product requirements:

 

 

 

1). The connecting line between ozone generator power and rated load should be used more than 20000V voltage high voltage insulation line and its length should not be more than 1m.

 

 

 

2). The output part and the rated load must be well connected, in case that the undesirable contact effects the whole performance and induces the fire disaster.

 

 

 

3). The distance between the high-voltage connection should be more than 1cm, as well as the distance between the high voltage circuit and metal conductor.  

 

5. Safety Caution:

 

 

1). Products usage environment should be far away from combustible, explosive

 

 

2). Keep the surface drying, in case that the moisture affect product performance.

 

 

3) Surrounding environment should be with good ventilation, such as the usage environment should be above the 35 degrees and should be provided with good ventilation.

 

 

4). The terminal output voltage of ozone generator power supply voltage output is higher, special attention should be paid to the personal safety

 

 

5). It is strictly prohibited to install ozone generator power in metal groove, if it is installed, make sure that the above, left, right sides of ozone generator power should be 8 cm above the metal, and should also be with good ventilation.
